End User License Agreement (EULA)

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it within the game.

5. Termination

We may revoke your license if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without any warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Canada.
